AdventHealth for Women in Orlando, Florida and Loch Haven OB/GYN are looking for a dynamic and experienced, board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to immediately join a team in launching the expansion of this nationally-recognized practice which operates on a high acuity case mix with a focus on high risk pregnancies and minimally invasive surgery. Loch Haven OB/GYN is an extremely dynamic practice. We care for both low- and high-risk pregnancies, patients requiring advanced minimally invasive surgery. This employed group is looking for a dedicated physician with a strong work ethic to join the team. Our team has a strong focus on providing safe, efficient, cost-effective care to patients in an environment of mutual respect and collaboration. Loch Haven was the first Ob/Gyn practice in the United States to receive formal certification from the ACOG “SCOPE” office safety program! The physician will take call with the other physicians and have the opportunity to provide personable, state-of-the-art obstetric care, including routine pregnancy, high risk conditions, cesarean delivery, and cesarean hysterectomy. Our team also sees many interesting gynecologic patients and has a busy surgical practice. In contrast to national statistics, approximately 90% of hysterectomies performed by our team are done vaginally or laparoscopically. If desired, our physicians may serve as faculty for a minimally invasive gynecologic surgery fellowship. Although not a requirement for employment, our team has access to the Da Vinci robot if desired. We have published in prestigious journals and serve as journal reviewers. AdventHealth (formerly Florida Hospital) Medical Group OB GYN at Altamonte is seeking a dynamic and energetic OB GYN to join their busy practice. This practice serves the needs of the North Orlando community and is located in the heart of Seminole County. Utilizing mid wives and specializing in personalized service to patients is part of the practice’s culture. Located onsite at AdventHealth Altamonte Springs, this practice performs a high volume of deliveries and surgeries. Physician should be proficient in performing minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery. Robotic subspecialty interest could be incorporated depending on the physician’s background and training. Three years’ experience in an outpatient setting preferred, but not necessary.

AdventHealth is looking for a dynamic Palliative Medicine Medical Director to continue to develop and oversee our program at our major tertiary facility in downtown Orlando and in our system in the Central Florida area which consists of eight hospitals. This physician would provide the clinical leadership and expertise for the palliative care team to improve patient care throughout the hospital. We are also launching a Palliative Medicine fellowship in 2019. Prior experience with directing or developing a program is required. The new leader would continue to build effective relationships with referring physicians to ensure excellent follow-up by our existing team of palliative medicine physicians. AdventHealth, formerly Florida Hospital, is seeking dynamic and hardworking Palliative Medicine physicians to join our team within our system in Orlando. AdventHealth has a growing physician-led program that will give you the opportunity to work with our existing palliative care team. We direct inpatient consultation services at a tertiary hospital with a dedicated inpatient unit, with plans to roll-out outpatient clinics. This position comes with opportunities for mentorship, scholarship, working with team-based faculty, and a palliative fellowship. Team members include dedicated advanced practitioners, chaplains, child-life specialists, a pharmacist and case-managers. You will provide inpatient palliative consultation services to patients in a hospital setting. In addition, you will hold family meetings to discuss and clarify goals of care, as well as provide guidance and oversee symptom management in the inpatient and ambulatory setting. This program emphasizes patient and family-centered care and collaboration with a team of physicians from every specialty. There is an opportunity to work with residents and fellows.

AdventHealth Medical Group Developmental Pediatrics at Orlando is the largest center in Central Florida. AdventHealth for Children is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and hardworking physician in Pediatric Stem Cell and Bone Marrow Transplant to lead our team based at the Walt Disney Pavilion (website) in Orlando, Florida. The ideal candidate would be driven to continue development of our vibrant, comprehensive pediatric BMT program in coordination with one of the largest hospital networks in the country. New physician would work collaboratively with our Pediatric Cellular Therapy physicians, pediatric hematology / oncology program (currently three full time physicians) and our adult BMT program (four full time physicians). We have a dedicated BMT unit as part of AdventHealth for Children and our program sees approximately 50 new oncology patients per year. Our pediatric cellular program is FACT accredited and has averaged 27 transplants per year over the last three years.
