ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric LCSW or LMHC to join our growing behavioral health program. This provider will provide therapeutic interventions, counseling, and support to clients with diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges. The LMHC or LCSW is responsible for:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (primary care, psychiatrist, other team members) to ensure coordinated care and treatment continuity
