AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking Fellowship Trained Interventional Radiologists to join our collaborative and collegial physician lead practice as we experience continued growth and expansion of services.  AHMG Radiology is the largest radiology practice in Central Florida, with 200+ radiologists, providing approximately 3 million exams through a large referral base.  

Qualifications:

  • Board Eligible or Certified with the American Board of Radiology (ABR)
  • Eligible for Florida Medical License

Work Schedule: 

  • Opportunities existing across Central Florida
  • Choice of work weeks and off weeks largely at applicant's preference.
  • 1 PACS system (Agfa PACS and Powerscribe systems)

Compensation and benefits:  

  • Salary:  Extremely competitive compensation of $600K to $1M++ with uncapped earning potential.  Includes extremely competitive production, quality and sign on bonuses.

Qualified candidates will be board certified in Radiology with additional certification in Musculoskeletal Imaging.
Work 10-hour shifts (weekend options).  On-site or remote position available.

Candidate should expect:
•    1 PACS system (AGFA PACS and PowerScribe systems)

CAQ in Neuroradiology or CAQ eligible required. We perform approximately 3 million exams per year via a large referral base of more than 3000 medical staff.  Our available opportunities include day and evening rotations in which candidates would be reading 100% neuroradiological studies. Our mission is to consistently provide the highest quality patient centered diagnostic and interventional service to patients and referring physicians, in a cost effective and timely manner.

Candidate should expect:

  • Read 100% Neuroradiology including CT, MR, XR, and US
  • Days schedule with occasional evening coverage equal to other day neuroradiologists
  • Up to 12 weeks off vacation
  • NO overnight responsibility with subspecialized internal overnight coverage
  • Advanced imaging knowledge is desired including CT Perfusion for stroke, MR Perfusion for brain tumors, and functional MRI
  • Performing neuroradiological procedures including lumbar punctures, myelograms, epidural blood patches, and lumbar drain placement.  Neurovascular procedures are performed by dedicated neurointerventionalists in the system.

  • High end Neuroradiology practice with a large volume of neuro oncology, epilepsy, head and neck oncology, and stroke imaging

  • Certification of Added Qualification ( CAQ) in Neuroradiology or CAQ eligible.

Work Schedule: 

  • 100% Neuroradiology including CT, MR, XR, and US
  • Daytime:  210 or 226 shifts/ year, 12-15 weeks paid time off, 8-9 weekends a year, occasional evening coverage, no overnight responsibilities, hybrid remote/onsite.
  • Remote Evening:  3pm-11pm.  Includes 8-9 weekends per year.
  • Remote Overnight:  7 on / 14 off, 14 on/14 off, or 14 on/ 28 off.
  • Remote Weekend:  10-hour shifts with flexible 4-day weekend options (Thu-Sund or Sat-Tues) or 12-hour shifts for 3-day weekends (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon).
  • Candidates can live anywhere in the US (except California) and work remotely if needed.  The ability to work on site in Central Florida is also available and preferable.
