Location: Tavares, FL - Specialty: Pulmonology

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Pulmonologist for a well-established practice in Tavares, Florida (about 45 minutes north of Orlando). The practice consists of 2 full time physicians, a sleep lab and a full complement of office-based testing to treat pneumonia, pleurisy, asthma, occupational and environmental diseases, bronchitis, sleep disorders, emphysema and other complex disorders of the lungs.

This position will consist of 60-70% inpatient work at AdventHealth Waterman (hospital consults and procedures) and 30-40% ambulatory work (outpatient clinic) with an opportunity to work occasional shifts in our 24 bed ICU. 

Ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Residency training in Internal Medicine
  • Pulmonology Fellowship
  • Additional training in Critical Care or Sleep Medicine preferred, but not required
  • Pulmonary Disease board certification
  • Active FL medical license (or ability to obtain licensure)

Location: Manchester, KY - Specialty: Radiology, Diag: General

AdventHealth Medical Group Radiology - Central Florida, formerly Radiology Specialists of Florida is seeking a full-time ABR fellowship trained Diagnostic Imager to join its expanding practice of 115 radiologists. This candidate will work at AdventHealth Manchester, formerly Manchester Memorial Hospital in Manchester, Kentucky but support all of our additional facilities under one PACS system. Background in mammography and/or IR a plus, but not necessary. Our facilities provide more than 2 million exams via a large referral base of more than 3000 medical staff.

Candidate should expect:

  • No Overnight Call
  • AGFA PACS and PowerScribe systems 
  • Practice model is sub-specialty-based interpretations
  • Extremely competitive base compensation, bonus opportunities, plus 10-12 weeks paid time off

AdventHealth Medical Group Breast Surgery at Celebration is seeking a dynamic and experienced board certified general surgeon with an interest in breast care and breast surgery to join an extremely busy practice in the Orlando area.  Practice is looking to add a third full-time surgeon to meet the demands of the growing community. AdventHealth Cancer Institute, formerly Florida Hospital, is looking for a dynamic, charismatic, and experienced surgeon to lead our breast surgery program.  The Breast Surgical Director is responsible for the development and deployment of tumor specific pathways and standards of care. This position will also provide leadership to achieve clinical quality improvement outcomes, as well as to achieve efficiency of care improvement outcomes.

The Surgical Director will collaborate with academia, industry and our community surgeons to advance innovation and will provide leadership to advance patient experience outcomes. The position is based in Orlando, Florida at our 1200 bed tertiary facility, and is also part of our Cancer Institute, with locations across a regional network of eight hospitals.

The Walt Disney Pavilion at AdventHealth for Children, formerly Florida Hospital for Children, is looking for a fellowship trained Pediatric Orthopaedic surgeon to join our team (website) and continue to develop our outstanding program in Orlando, Florida.  Our unparalleled network of 28 hospitals in the state with one children’s hospital at the center provides an excellent opportunity for practice growth and professional development.

AdventHealth for Children is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and hardworking Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon to join our team based at the Walt Disney Pavilion (website) in Orlando, Florida.  The ideal candidate would be interested in a busy clinical environment and help to continue development of our vibrant, comprehensive pediatric open-heart program in coordination with one of the largest hospital networks in the country.  The new surgeon would join our current Medical Director of Pediatric and Adult Congenital Heart Surgery and work collaboratively with our dedicated peds cardiology and peds cardiac ICU teams.  Our predicted case volume for the current year is 250 cases.

We have a network of close to 30 hospitals in the state with an extensive outreach system as well.  This includes multiple outpatient locations with a multidisciplinary presence.   We deliver approximately 15,000 babies per year throughout our system.

Surgery, Urology
Central Florida Area, FL

AdventHealth Medical Group is looking for dynamic and hard-working urologists to join our team in Central Florida.  The new physicians would join our outstanding urologists and help to grow our outpatient presence in new markets in the area.  Responsibilities also include inpatient call coverage at the primary AdventHealth hospital location in rotation with practice partners.  A shared call model with other urologists in town make weekend call less frequent.  Robotic surgery is also available within our system.

Requirements for the position:  Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology.  High caliber, quality focused, innovative physicians should apply.  Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
