Overview
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a fellowship trained hematologist oncologist to join their physician group at AdventHealth Lake Nona. The practice is looking for this physician to start in late Summer 2026. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Genitourinary Cancer but will also continue to manage other hematologic and oncologic conditions across the spectrum
- Rotation of call would include both inpatient and outpatient in equal share with the other physicians.
- Practice will have APRN/PA collaboration both in the inpatient and outpatient settings
- This is a new position to accommodate the growth of the practice and community.
- This physician will support one of the busiest Urologic Oncologic Surgical programs in the country. The existing surgeon recently completed 18,000 robotic prostatectomies
- Infusion, Radiation and Surgical services available at Lake Nona
- Access to multi-disciplinary clinics, research, clinical trials, (including Phase 1) and tumor boards (daily)
- Practice will have support of nurse navigators, social workers, chaplain support, pharmacy, nutrition etc..
- Extended network of 7 other medical oncology sites in and surrounding Orlando

Requirements of the position include:
- Board certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification/eligibility in Hematology and Medical Oncology
Practice Description
