AdventHealth Medical Group is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and team-oriented fellowship trained hematologist oncologist to join AdventHealth Medical Group in Orlando, Florida. This position would manage a variety of Hematologic and Oncologic conditions with a focus on Breast Oncology. 

  • Rotation of call would be shared with the other physicians in the practice, including weekends 
  • Inpatient coverage would also comprise of a team of advanced practice providers and support from the other physicians within the practice 
  • Access to research, clinical trials (including phase 1), tumor boards and multidisciplinary care consisting of nurse navigators, chaplains, social workers, palliative medicine, surgery

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a fellowship trained hematologist oncologist to join a busy five-physician practice with offices at AdventHealth Kissimmee and AdventHealth Celebration, just south of downtown Orlando and near the attractions. 

  • The ideal candidate will have an interest in Genitourinary Cancer but will also continue to manage other hematologic and oncologic conditions across the spectrum 
  • Rotation of call would include both inpatient and outpatient in equal share with the other physicians. 
  • Practice will have APRN/PA collaboration both in the inpatient and outpatient settings 
  • This is a new position to accommodate the growth of the practice and community. 
  • This physician will support one of the busiest Urologic Oncologic Surgical programs in the country. The existing surgeon recently completed 18,000 robotic prostatectomies 
  • Infusion, Radiation and Surgical services available at AdventHealth Celebration and Kissimmee 
  • Access to multi-disciplinary clinics, research, clinical trials, (including Phase 1) and tumor boards (daily)

AdventHealth is looking for physicians interested in heme malignancies (acute leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma), stem cell transplant and cellular therapies to join our growing program based in Orlando, Florida! Key features of our program include:

  • FDA-registered, FACT and CAP-accredited cellular therapy lab, with plans to acquire GMP capability in near future.

Overview

AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are looking for dynamic and energetic pediatric hospitalist to join our team at AdventHealth Waterman. 

  • Physician would be expected to perform pediatric admissions and discharges within the dedicated Pediatric Floor 
  • ED pediatric consults, coordinate patient transfers as needed 
  • participate in daily, family centered rounding 
  • perform newborn admissions and discharges 
  • Patient stabilization and resuscitation 
  • The schedule would consist of both restricted (in hospital) and unrestricted call (from home) resulting in approximately 15 shifts per month.

Requirements of the position: Board Certification/Eligible American Board of Pediatrics.

Our pediatric hospitalist team consists of over 30 physicians and 10 APP’s that help provide care to 7 locations across our network. Our program at AdventHealth for Children is recognized as one of the top Children’s Hospital in the state of Florida. The Level 4 NICU in Orlando has over 100 NICU beds with access to all major medical/surgical pediatric subspecialties.

Location: Orlando, FL - Specialty: Infectious Disease

AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a dynamic and hardworking physician Infectious Disease physician to serve as a member of a new adult academic ID practice. Based at the tertiary hospital just north of downtown Orlando, the physician's duties consist of providing inpatient and outpatient consultations in general infectious diseases, primarily for an academic medical service that includes residents and medical students in a variety of specialties including internal medicine and general surgery. A strong emphasis will be placed on teaching in clinical and didactic settings. Research and quality improvement projects in conjunction with residents and other faculty is encouraged. In addition to usual outpatient ID consultations, activities would include services for long covid, international travel pre- and post-care as well as an outpatient parenteral infusion center. As a tertiary center, potential to provide ID consultations for special populations include solid organ and bone marrow transplant patients. Non-clinical time will also be allocated to help further develop the infection control and prevention programs as well as antimicrobial and diagnostic stewardship. AdventHealth Tampa & AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) are looking for a dynamic and energetic Critical Care Physician to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa.

This position is a result of programmatic and companywide growth throughout AdventHealth as we continue to support and establish high quality Critical Care services to our region in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate would have experience or be comfortable working in Cardiac, Neurosurgery, Surgical and Medical ICU settings. The practice would be affiliated to AHMG Critical Care Specialists of Central Florida, a 100 plus employed provider intensive care team, which reaches approximately 10 other AdventHealth campuses throughout Central and North Florida, caring for over 18000 critically patients a year.

Highlights of the position include: 

  • 600+ bed Tertiary Care hospital 
  • 53 ICU Beds made up of 3 units
