Location: Tavares, FL - Specialty: Pulmonology

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Pulmonologist for a well-established practice in Tavares, Florida (about 45 minutes north of Orlando). The practice consists of 2 full time physicians, a sleep lab and a full complement of office-based testing to treat pneumonia, pleurisy, asthma, occupational and environmental diseases, bronchitis, sleep disorders, emphysema and other complex disorders of the lungs.

This position will consist of 60-70% inpatient work at AdventHealth Waterman (hospital consults and procedures) and 30-40% ambulatory work (outpatient clinic) with an opportunity to work occasional shifts in our 24 bed ICU. 

Ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Residency training in Internal Medicine
  • Pulmonology Fellowship
  • Additional training in Critical Care or Sleep Medicine preferred, but not required
  • Pulmonary Disease board certification
  • Active FL medical license (or ability to obtain licensure)

Location: Central Florida, FL - Specialty: Radiology, Body Imaging

AdventHealth Medical Group Radiology - Central Florida, formerly Radiology Specialists of Florida, is seeking a full-time ABR fellowship trained Body or ER Radiologist to join its expanding practice of 125 radiologists. Our facilities provide approximately 2 million exams via a large referral base of more than 3000 medical staff. Candidates can live in Orlando proper or at the beach on the Central Florida east coast.

Currently, a dedicated team of body/ER radiologists provide our overnight coverage. The majority of the work focuses on body ER and stat inpatient cases. No level 1 trauma. There is additional separate neuroradiology coverage. The team creates its own schedule and has flexibility within their section. Additional internal moonlighting opportunities are available for additional compensation.

Candidate should expect:

  • Nights Only Schedule working 182 shifts per year (14 on / 14 off, 10p-6a or 11p-7a)
  • 1 PACS system (AGFA PACS and PowerScribe systems)
  • Extremely competitive base compensation and bonus opportunities

AdventHealth Medical Group Radiology - Central Florida, formerly Radiology Specialists of Florida, is seeking a full-time ABR fellowship trained Cardiothoracic Imager to join its expanding practice of 120 radiologists. Our facilities provide approximately 2 million exams via a large referral base of more than 3000 medical staff.

Candidate should expect:

  • No Overnight call
  • 24 hr. 3D post processing lab
  • Practice model is sub-specialty based interpretations
  • 1 PACS system (AGFA PACS and PowerScribe systems)
  • Opportunity to participate in clinical research and resident education
  • Extremely competitive base compensation, bonus opportunities, plus 10-12 weeks paid time off

Clinical responsibilities include interpreting all aspects of thoracic and cardiac imaging including radiography, CT, and MR. Familiarity with pediatric and adult congenital heart disease (CHD) would be preferred but not required. Besides the described cardiothoracic studies, the candidates will also have the opportunity to read as much abdominal imaging as they wish. Performing thoracic procedures, mammography, and general radiology is NOT required for this position.

AdventHealth Medical Group Radiology - Central Florida, formerly Radiology Specialists of Florida is seeking a full-time ABR fellowship trained Diagnostic Imager to join its expanding practice of 115 radiologists. This candidate will work at AdventHealth Manchester, formerly Manchester Memorial Hospital in Manchester, Kentucky but support all of our additional facilities under one PACS system. Background in mammography and/or IR a plus, but not necessary. Our facilities provide more than 2 million exams via a large referral base of more than 3000 medical staff.

Candidate should expect:

  • No Overnight Call
  • AGFA PACS and PowerScribe systems 
  • Practice model is sub-specialty-based interpretations
  • Extremely competitive base compensation, bonus opportunities, plus 10-12 weeks paid time off

Our facilities provide a total of approximately 2 million exams, and over 100,000 pediatric studies per year.

Candidate should expect:

  • Nearly 100% Pediatric Practice
  • Pediatric rotations at single hospital site in central Orlando

Surgery, Urology
Central Florida Area, FL

Location: Central Florida Area, FL - Specialty: Surgery, Urology

AdventHealth Medical Group is looking for dynamic and hard-working urologists to join our team in Central Florida.  The new physicians would join our outstanding urologists and help to grow our outpatient presence in new markets in the area.  Responsibilities also include inpatient call coverage at the primary AdventHealth hospital location in rotation with practice partners.  A shared call model with other urologists in town make weekend call less frequent.  Robotic surgery is also available within our system.

Requirements for the position:  Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology.  High caliber, quality focused, innovative physicians should apply.  Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
