AdventHealth Neuroscience Institute, and AdventHealth Medical Group are seeking a fellowship trained Headache Neurology leader for our expanding program in Central Florida. We are growing into one comprehensive team that will help to grow our outpatient practice presence and sub specialization in the neurology field. Leadership / medical director role can be a possibility. This new medical director role would join with our existing team of neurologists including two other neurology headache specialists to provide care at our brand-new Innovation Tower, which opened in late 2022 on our Orlando campus just north of downtown.
The building houses a variety of services all in one convenient location and will be the new home of AdventHealth’s Neuroscience Institute and Brain Health Program. Grouping orthopedic and neuroscience specialists in a single building will allow better collaboration between the specialists yielding benefits to patients. Our Neuroscience Institute at AdventHealth Orlando consists of 120 dedicated neurology beds which includes 40 neuro-intensive care units, 8 dedicated neurosurgical OR suites with an intraoperative 3T MRI and 64 slice CT, FDG-PET, SPECT, and MEG lab. AdventHealth also has an advanced comprehensive stroke center providing endovascular procedures 24/7. Our neurosurgery program performed more craniotomy and spine surgery than any other hospitals in Florida. Our minimally invasive brain surgery program is one of the best in the state and draws patients nationally and internationally.
Note: Physicians must be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Fellowship training in Headache Medicine is required along with board certification/eligibility in Headache Medicine through UCNS.

This practice serves the needs of the North Orlando community and is located in the heart of Seminole County. Utilizing mid wives and specializing in personalized service to patients is part of the practice’s culture. Located onsite at AdventHealth Altamonte Springs, this practice performs a high volume of deliveries and surgeries. Physician should be proficient in performing minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery. Robotic subspecialty interest could be incorporated depending on the physician’s background and training. Physician will perform deliveries in newly renovated maternity suites replete with 4D ultrasound.
