The Opportunity

This role is designed for APPs who are confident managing complex critical care patients and want to work at the top of their scope. You will collaborate closely with Intensivists in a closed ICU environment while maintaining a high degree of professional autonomy and accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Independently evaluate and manage critically ill ICU patients under physician supervision
• Perform comprehensive histories and focused physical exams with advanced clinical reasoning
• Order, interpret, and act on complex diagnostic and laboratory data
• Lead management of acute decompensation and initiate emergent interventions
• Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians
• Perform advanced ICU procedures, including but not limited too: Central venous and arterial line placement, advanced airway management
