Location: Tavares, FL - Specialty: Obstetrics and Gynecology

AdventHealth Medical Group OB GYN at Waterman, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join their busy practice based at AdventHealth Waterman in Tavares, FL. This highly successful practice draws patients from the Tavares, Mount Dora and Eustis areas and care is provided in a newly renovated unit specially designed for women & children’s services.

The practice is split with a fairly equal mix of OB and GYN patients. This office is well equipped with spacious exam rooms and is staffed for in-office procedures, and current support staff includes MA's and seasoned front office personnel. All deliveries and surgeries are performed at AdventHealth Waterman. The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Desire to join a highly collegial team of experienced physicians in an employed model through AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG)
  • Experienced with laparoscopic surgery
  • Comfort with engaging members of the community to help expand market share
  • Rotating Call for the labor unit and gynecology with other members of the team
  • Board Certification (or Board Eligibility if less than 5 years out of training)

AdventHealth Medical Group, Women’s Services, is seeking dynamic and energetic OBGYNs to serve the needs of Central Florida. AHMG OBGYN is seeking partners with the desire to build a practice and foster collegial relationships with community-based physicians. Location: Davenport, FL - Specialty: Obstetrics and Gynecology

 AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dynamic and energetic board-certified or eligible OB/GYN to join our busy, established practice based in Central Florida, just southwest of Orlando located in Polk County.  Given a high surge in population growth and medical need, our practice is looking to meet the demanding market requirements of the community. OB/GYN is part of our multispecialty practices in Polk County that encompass Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Surgical Breast Oncology and Breast Reconstruction, Endocrinology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Podiatry and Wound Care.  

The current OB/GYN practice of three physicians performs a high volume of deliveries and surgeries.  Physician should be proficient in performing minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery.  Robotic subspecialty interest could be incorporated depending the physician’s background and training.  Physician will perform deliveries at AdventHealth Heart of Florida. 
 
Expectations for the new physician:

Location: Orlando, FL - Specialty: Obstetrics and Gynecology

AdventHealth is seeking experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologists to support our OBGYN Hospitalist program in Orlando. Candidates will join our team of physicians and midwives supporting our Central Florida Division; Orlando, Celebration, Altamonte, Winter Park, Melbourne, Deltona, and Daytona.  Responsibilities of the OBGYN Hospitalist include primary responsibilities as a GYN surgeon, facilitating GYN consults, managing GYN clinic (supervised by team PA), act as surgical assist to staff Ob/Gyn physicians upon request; backup support managing and covering the OB Emergency Department; and provide appropriate oversight and clinical teaching of medical students, family medicine residents and other learners.  A motivation to increase patient safety and elevate patient satisfaction, along with dynamic communication skills and the ability to fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth, are required.     

We are seeking physicians with the following qualifications:

  • Current medical license (M.D. or D.O.)
  • Board certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Certification in adult and neonatal resuscitation
  • 5 year minimum of Labor and Delivery experience

AdventHealth is seeking experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologists to lead our OBGYN teams in beautiful Orlando and Celebration, Florida.  The L&D Unit Medical Director will function as an OBGYN Hospitalist while also having the opportunity to oversee the operational aspects of Labor and Delivery.  This position combines leadership, medical expertise, and collaboration skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to expectant mothers, newborns, and families. As the Unit Medical Director, you will work closely with nursing, clinical staff, and hospital leadership to ensure optimal outcomes, quality assurance, and adherence to best practices.  As an OBGYN Hospitalist, you will evaluate triage/OBED patients, manage admitted patients, provide coverage support to community groups, perform gynecologic consultations, and be the in-house expert in obstetric and gynecologic emergencies.  Additionally, our team at the Orlando campus also engages in medical education through work with fellows, residents, medical students, and other learners.  A motivation to increase patient safety, elevate patient satisfaction, desire to improve professional relationships between providers, dynamic communication skills and the ability to fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth, are all required.

Location: Lake Nona, FL - Specialty: Oncology, General

AdventHealth Medical Group is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and team-oriented fellowship trained hematologist oncologist to join AdventHealth Medical Group in Lake Nona, Florida. The practice is looking for this physician to start in late Summer 2026. This position would manage a variety of Hematologic and Oncologic conditions with a focus on Breast Oncology. 

  • Rotation of call would be shared with the other physicians in the practice, including weekends 
  • Inpatient coverage would also comprise of a team of advanced practice providers and support from the other physicians within the practice 
  • Access to research, clinical trials (including phase 1), tumor boards and multidisciplinary care consisting of nurse navigators, chaplains, social workers, palliative medicine, surgery

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dynamic Palliative Medicine physician to join our team in Altamonte Springs, FL. Our leadership has committed to ensure an interdisciplinary approach to providing care thus expanding the teams at our campuses. The inpatient division is composed of seven physicians, twelve APPs, six LCSWs and 2 chaplains over seven hospitals. The department has two fellowships, a one-year ACGME physician fellowship with two positions and a one year APP fellowship with two positions.  

The current open position is for a physician leader at the Adventhealth Altamonte Springs location in northeast Orlando. The provider will join two full time APRN’s to provide inpatient consultations. Clinical care expectations include goals of care, family meetings and complex symptom management in the inpatient setting. The program strives to foster a growth mindset and appreciates its wide diversity of providers backgrounds including psychiatry, family medicine, critical care and internal medicine.

Requirements of the position include: 

  • Successful candidates will have strong clinical skills and desire to grow with the program 
  • Board Certification/Eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine along with active board certification through one of the co-sponsoring boards.
  • Comfort level with overseeing APP’s (APRN/PA)

The Walt Disney Pavilion at AdventHealth for Children (AHFC) is looking for a dynamic and team-oriented non-invasive Pediatric Cardiologist for the Melbourne practice location of this growing program with rotational schedule at our Orlando practice. The ideal candidate would have training and background in fetal and transesophageal echocardiography and be willing to perform both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. The candidate must be board certified or eligible in Pediatric Cardiology.
