AdventHealth Medical Group, Women’s Services, is seeking an experienced and visionary physician to deliver comprehensive menopause-focused clinical care for the Central Florida market. This role is dedicated to full-time menopause management, providing expert, evidence-based care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopausal health needs. Join our team in beautiful Winter Park, Florida! Be a part of our supportive network of world-class OB/GYNs, midwives, prenatal care experts, perinatologists, neonatologists, and fellowship trained surgeons including Urogyn, MIGS, Gyn/Onc, and MFM. A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine, with a concentration on comprehensive multi-disciplinary care.

Ideal Candidate Should Expect:

  • Full-time clinical focus on menopause and midlife women’s health
  • Collaboration with OB/GYN, primary care, behavioral health, pelvic floor specialists, and other key specialties for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopausal health needs.
  • Growing patient demand and opportunity to design a destination-level service line
  • Ability to incorporate lifestyle medicine, complex symptom management, hormone therapy, and non-hormonal treatment strategies

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • A Medical Degree: A Doctor of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree from an Accredited Medical School.
  • Board Certification: candidates for this role should be board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Ob/Gyn)
  • The Menopause Society certification required
  • Extensive clinical experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of clinical experience in the field of menopause management, with a focus on treating and managing related conditions including vasomotor symptoms and osteoporosis.
  • Knowledge of current menopause research and guidelines: candidate should be well-versed in the latest research and guidelines related to menopause management, including hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options
  • They should also be familiar with current clinical trials and able to integrate evidence-based practices in their treatment plans
