AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking Fellowship Trained Neuroradiologists to join our collaborative and collegial physician lead practice as we experience continued growth and expansion of services.  AHMG Radiology is the largest radiology practice in Central Florida, with 200+ radiologists, providing approximately 3 million exams through a large referral base.  

Qualifications:

  • Board Eligible or Certified with the American Board of Radiology (ABR)
  • Eligible for Florida Medical License
  • Certification of Added Qualification ( CAQ) in Neuroradiology or CAQ eligible.

Work Schedule: 

  • 100% Neuroradiology including CT, MR, XR, and US
  • Daytime:  210 or 226 shifts/ year, 12-15 weeks paid time off, 8-9 weekends a year, occasional evening coverage, no overnight responsibilities, hybrid remote/onsite.  RVU expectation 57/shift
  • Remote Evening:  3pm-11pm.  Includes 8-9 weekends per year.  RVU expectation 61/shift
  • Remote Overnight:  7 on / 14 off, 14 on/14 off, or 14 on/ 28 off.  RVU expectation 62/shift
  • Remote Weekend:  10-hour shifts with flexible 4-day weekend options (Thu-Sund or Sat-Tues) or 12-hour shifts for 3-day weekends (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon).
  • Candidates can live anywhere in the US (except California) and work remotely if needed.  The ability to work on site in Central Florida is also available and preferable.

Location: Orlando, FL - Specialty: Rheumatology

This physician will play a critical role in the evaluation and management of patients with connective tissue disease–associated interstitial lung disease (CTD-ILD)—a complex and rapidly growing subset of our ILD population. The role is designed to integrate rheumatologic expertise directly into the ILD care model, working side-by-side with pulmonology, transplant, and multidisciplinary specialty teams.

The successful candidate will contribute to:

  • Enhanced diagnostic accuracy for CTD-ILD
  • Optimization of autoimmune disease management in ILD patients
  • Support of lung transplant evaluation and longitudinal care for complex rheumatologic patients
  • Expansion of regional and tertiary referral pathways for advanced lung disease

This is an outstanding opportunity to shape and grow a multidisciplinary ILD program with strong institutional support, academic collaboration, and leadership engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized rheumatologic care for ILD patients, with a focus on CTD-ILD
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary ILD conferences and transplant evaluation discussions
  • Collaborate closely with pulmonology, transplant, cardiology, radiology, and pathology teams
  • Support longitudinal management of patients undergoing lung transplant evaluation and post-transplant care

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology
  • Demonstrated comfort and effectiveness working in multidisciplinary clinical teams (Rheumatology, ILD, Transplant)
  • Deep clinical understanding of connective tissue diseases including:
    • Systemic sclerosis
    • Rheumatoid arthritis–associated ILD
    • Myositis-associated ILD
    • Sjögren’s syndrome
    • Mixed connective tissue disease
  • Familiarity with or strong interest in lung transplant evaluation and care

Surgery, Cardiothoracic:Advanced Aortic
Celebration, FL

AdventHealth is looking for a dynamic, experienced cardiovascular surgeon with aortic expertise to join our established team of surgeons located at AdventHealth Orlando. We have a full complement of nationally recognized core cardiac and Transplant / Assist Devices and Congenital Cardiac programs. These include coronary revascularization, a valve center of excellence, and TVT accredited structural heart programs. We are looking for this new surgeon with specialized skills to help create our Aortic Center of Excellence. Working with a multidisciplinary team including vascular surgery, cardiology, and our cardiothoracic surgeons would be essential to developing the program.

Requirements of the position:

  • At least five years of experience post training
  • Diplomate of the American Board of Thoracic Surgery
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Aortic vascular wire skills and familiarity with TEVAR procedures.

AdventHealth Colorectal Surgery is recruiting a board-eligible or board-certified colorectal surgeon for a 12-24 month junior faculty position.  This role is designed to support a high-volume colorectal surgery service while allowing the surgeon to develop an independent clinical practice within a tertiary referral system.  The position is intended for a surgeon completing colorectal fellowship who is seeking a transition to practice year in a structured early-career experience with progressive autonomy in clinical decision-making, operative management, and longitudinal patient care.

Clinical practice responsibilities

The surgeon will maintain an independent outpatient clinic and function as an attending surgeon.  The clinical practice will focus on the comprehensive management of general colorectal disease.  Primary clinical areas include:

  • General colorectal surgery
  • Robotic colorectal surgery
  • Endoscopy
  • Anorectal surgery
  • Colorectal oncology
  • Inflammatory bowel disease
  • Anal intrapithelial neoplasia and high-resolution anoscopy
  • Pelvic floor
  • Enterocutaeous fistulae
  • Heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC)

Operative and inpatient responsibilities will include a mix of elective and non-elective colorectal cases appropriate for a junior faculty surgeon.  Clinical work will support overall divisional access and continuity of care across the colorectal service.

Service and call coverage

As part of the colorectal division, the surgeon will assist with inpatient, acute, care and procedural coverage as needed to support divisional workflow and patient access.  This includes shared participation in call coverage and coverage at additional sites within the system when required.

Academic and educational role

The position includes teaching responsibilities involving medical students, residents, and fellows.  Participation in divisional education, quality initiatives, and academic activities is expected.  Research participation is supported but not required.

Division and practice environment

The surgeon will join the largest colorectal group in Florida, consisting of 15 colorectal surgeons, 12 dedicated advanced practice providers, and 6 colorectal surgery fellows.  The division is NAPRC accredited and nationally recognized for expertise in minimally invasive, robotic and transanal surgery.  The primary practice environment is a large tertiary referral hospital within the AdventHealth system, supported by a broad regional hospital network.

The AdventHealth Digestive Health and Surgery Institute (DHSI) is seeking a national leader in colorectal surgery to become the Division Medical Director for Colorectal Surgery. This position oversees colorectal surgery strategy, operations, and clinical excellence for 13 surgeons across 9 practice sites, 10 hospitals, and 4 counties in Central Florida. The Division Medical Director is supported by a multi-disciplinary team with a large established patient population in AdventHealth's flagship geography. Candidates can expect the ability to participate in research studies and oversee specialty associate medical directors in colorectal cancer, pelvic floor surgery, and one of the largest colorectal surgery fellowship programs in the United States.

The candidate will be part of the largest NAPRC accredited colorectal surgery group in Florida that also has an international reputation in MIS and trans-anal technology.

A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care, program growth, and operational excellence. DHSI is also home to Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and General Surgery service lines and leading strong cross-functional collaboration with these specialties is a cornerstone of the role.

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Colorectal Surgery required.

Location: Orlando, FL - Specialty: Surgery, Critical Care

We are looking for a dynamic Surgical Critical Care surgeon to be part of our team at AdventHealth. You would work in conjunction with the four other critical care surgeons, a superb faculty in our general surgery residency program, as well as an amazing team of critical care physicians for ICU coverage. 

  • This is an employment opportunity which would involve a setting with a high amount of acute-care, broad-based emergency surgery (non Level 1 trauma). 
  • This opportunity would be based at AdventHealth Orlando, a large 1,400 bed quaternary facility located just north of downtown Orlando. 
  • The hospital is home to our general surgery residency, internal medicine residency, as well as over 160 ICU beds. 
  • Schedule rotation would include outpatient/elective week, emergent general surgery/acute care surgical call coverage, dedicated surgical critical care coverage within the SICU at AH Orlando or another local AdventHealth facility along with dedicated time off
