AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is looking for a dynamic and energetic Minimally Invasive GYN (MIGS) surgeon to help build a new practice in Central Florida at AdventHealth East Orlando.  Be a part of our supportive network of world-class OB/GYNs, midwives, prenatal care experts, perinatologists, neonatologists, and other fellowship trained surgeons including MIGS, UroGyn, Gyn/Onc, and MFM. A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. Candidate will be clinically focused and must actively practice all aspects of Gynecological Surgery. Three years experience is preferred, but not required; new fellowship graduates will be considered. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are looking for a dynamic and energetic full time Pediatric Surgery leader to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa. 

This is a wonderful opportunity to continue to build on our strong practice with our network of hospitals in the Central Florida division.  Responsibilities of the Medical Director will include programmatic development, clinical quality and performance improvement.  Call coverage at AdventHealth Tampa with full time APP support (no trauma, no ECMO at Tampa).   New physician will help grow the outpatient clinic practice and further develop relationships with community physicians with marketing support.

AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is looking for a dynamic and energetic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to help serve the Central Florida Division.

The surgeon will join a group of six plastic surgeons well established at AdventHealth and in the greater Orlando community. A strategy for the new hire has been created around current growth ensuring the candidate will hit the ground running on day one.

The position is heavily focused on non-microsurgical breast reconstruction and supporting breast surgery at both AdventHealth Apopka and AdventHealth Winter Garden. The remaining clinical scope includes general plastic surgery, with opportunities to grow multidisciplinary care with other surgical specialties, and to include cosmetic surgery as part of that surgeon’s practice if desired.  

An emphasis is placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. The new physician should have the desire to join a busy practice with a group of physicians stressing quality, communication, and a progressive approach to the field of Plastic Surgery.

AdventHealth Transplant Institute (AHTI) is seeking a dynamic Medical Director to lead our thriving transplant program within the  AdventHealth healthcare system (50 hospitals in nine states including 30 in Florida). This role will ensure exceptional patient care delivery, create a culture of collaboration and collegiality and assist with growth through various organs serviced through the AHTI Program.  Also, continuing to provide support and leadership for both physician and administrative leaders within the Program. Last, this role serves as the physician lead and representative for the Transplant Institute within the AH Orlando campus, the Institutes, and the AH Medical Group, in partnership with the Vice President, AHTI.

AdventHealth Orlando, Florida is looking for a dynamic and energetic thoracic transplant surgeon to join our busy transplant program.  The surgeon will work with our currently experienced and established cardiology transplant medical/care team to help continue to grow a high quality and highly sustainable heart transplant program.  We have a full comprehensive Transplant Institute that includes both thoracic and abdominal transplant teams.  Our team performs over 50 hearts, 20 lungs, and 30-50 VAD’s per year with multi organ transplant capability.

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Urology Hospitalist to provide dedicated inpatient urological care at AdventHealth Orlando. This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on hospital-based care with a consistent shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide inpatient call coverage at AdventHealth Orlando 
  • Manage inpatient urology consults from hospital floors and emergency department 
  • Perform bedside procedures, including cystoscopies, as well as other necessary urological procedures 
  • Conduct daily rounding on urology patients 
  • Collaborate with clinic-based urologists to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up 
  • 15 shifts per month

Qualifications: 

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology 
  • Strong clinical skills in inpatient care and urological procedures 
  • Active FL license and DEA, or ability to obtain 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinic-based colleagues 
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

AdventHealth Medical Group is looking for a dynamic and hard-working general urologist to join our team in Central Florida.  The new physician would join three current urologists as part of our Altamonte Springs practice location. Responsibilities will include inpatient call coverage at the AdventHealth Altamonte Springs location. A shared call model with other urologists and APP’s make weekend call less frequent.  Robotic surgery is also available within our system.  We also have potential ASC investment opportunities. 

Requirements for the position:  Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology.  High caliber, quality focused, innovative physicians should apply.  Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.  At least three years of experience is preferred.

AdventHealth Central Florida Division, is looking to expand the vascular surgery program in the Altamonte Springs area. We are in search of dynamic and hardworking vascular surgeon to join our group.
