AdventHealth Medical Group is offering an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, experienced cardiovascular surgeon to join our established team of two surgeons located at AdventHealth Celebration in Celebration, Florida (just outside Orlando near Walt Disney World). Surgeon should have experience in all aspects of cardiovascular surgery plus an interest and strong skill set in structural heart would be required.

Our team has expertise in the full gamut of procedures including: beating heart surgery, minimally invasive atrial fibrillation surgery, complex aortic valve and root disorders, and minimally invasive valve repair and replacement.

AdventHealth Celebration's Isolated Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery (CABG) program received three stars for Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS) Quality rating. The STS CABG composite score and rating is now considered the most sophisticated and widely regarded overall measure of quality in health care and is awarded by the STS. Only 6-10% of CABG programs in the United States and Canada receive three stars.

AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is looking for a dynamic and energetic Colorectal Surgeon to serve the needs of South Orlando.  Located at AdventHealth Celebration Hospital, AHMG Colorectal Surgery is seeking a partner with the desire to build a practice and foster collegial relationships with community-based physicians.  Candidate should have 5+ years experience, actively incorporating robotics into their practice, and have an interest in pelvic floor surgery.   

The candidate will be part of the largest colorectal surgery group in Florida, working with 13 colorectal surgeons and 10 specialized Advanced Practice Providers. This is the only NAPRC accredited group in Central Florida and has an international reputation in MIS and trans-anal technology.

A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. The new physician should have the desire to join a busy practice and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth. 

Requirements for this position include completion of an ACGME approved fellowship for Colon and Rectal Surgery and board certification through the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery.

Orlando Neurosurgery is seeking another talented neurosurgeon to join their group of 14 physicians. Orlando Neurosurgery has been the leading provider of Neurosurgery in central Florida for over 20 years. We are the largest group of private practice neurosurgeons in the state and have been providing comprehensive, quaternary level care which includes functional, endovascular, open vascular, complex spine, and minimally invasive brain surgery.  We have access to the latest technology, including intraoperative MRI, interoperative CT, spine robotics, MRGUS, and cover the largest hospital system in the United States.

AdventHealth Orlando is continuing to grow its Neuroscience Institute with a new Brain Health flagship building opening in 2022.  Our Neuro Critical Care Fellowship was accredited by the UCNS in early 2019.  Our Neuroscience Institute at AdventHealth Orlando consists of 120 dedicated neurology beds which includes 40 neuro-intensive care units, 8 dedicated neurosurgical OR suites with an intraoperative 3T MRI and 64 slice CT, FDG-PET, SPECT, and MEG lab.  AdventHealth Orlando has been awarded the highest designation, a Level 4 Epilepsy Center, by the National Association of Epilepsy Centers (NAEC). 

AdventHealth also has an advanced comprehensive stroke center providing endovascular procedures 24/7. Our neurosurgery program performed more craniotomy and spine surgery than any other hospitals in Florida. Our minimally invasive brain surgery program is one of the best in the state and draws patients nationally and internationally.  We also have a fully developed DBS program.

AdventHealth Cancer Institute (AHCI) is seeking an experienced surgeon to lead our Surgical Oncology program in Orlando, FL. Primarily focusing on pancreatic and hepatobiliary surgery, this surgeon would join a multi-disciplinary cancer team with a large established patient population base to serve. Fellowship training in Surgical Oncology and/or HPB Surgery required. Candidate can expect the ability to participate in research studies and work with our general surgery residents.
