AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a board certified/board eligible Pediatrician to join a new multispecialty practice located in The Villages, Florida at Middleton opening in 2026. This new practice will provide needed access to families in the area who are currently traveling long distances for Pediatric Primary Care. The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure) 
  • Board Certification in Pediatrics (or Board Eligibility if less than 3 years out of training) 
  • Experience with supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN and/or PA-C) 
  • Prior experience with opening and growing a new office 

Proficiency with minor office-based procedures including, but not limited to: circumcisions, vaccinations per AAP guidelines, CLIA waived labs

Physician Expectations: 

  • Shared practice call coverage for evenings and weekends 
  • Ability to work a set schedule, which may include early morning and/or evening hours to meet patient needs

Position Details, but not limited to: 

  • Rotating with the other pediatric hospitalists providing in house coverage within our medical/surgical pediatric units 
  • Performing pediatric admissions to the dedicated Pediatric Units 
  • ED pediatric consults as needed and participate in daily family centered rounding

  • Expectations to perform pediatric admissions in our 15 bed, Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit 
  • Supporting ED pediatric consults, participate in daily family centered rounding 
  • Coverage in the Level 1 Newborn Nursery with the support of an Advanced Practice Provider 
  • Flexible schedule, approximately 14, 12hr shifts per month for a full-time pediatric hospitalist, which will include days, nights and weekends.

AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are looking for dynamic and energetic Neonatologist to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa in association with AdventHealth for Children/Walt Disney Pavilion in Orlando.

The neonatologist would be responsible for all admissions, procedures, medical management while also leading out multidisciplinary rounds within the Level 3 NICU at AdventHealth Tampa. The schedule would consist of a rotating shift model allowing for continuity and flexibility amongst the team of four physicians.

We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and hardworking neonatologist to join our group at the Walt Disney Pavilion at AdventHealth for Children located in downtown Orlando. Come and join an exciting team of nearly 20 Neonatologists, 4 Neonatal Hospitalists and over 20 neonatal nurse practitioners. We recently expanded our NICU into a newly built, beautiful, state-of-the-art facility in 2017.

We currently have 102 neonatal beds at AdventHealth for Children. We also have five other Level II NICU’s in hospitals around the Central Florida area, which are staffed by our own Neonatologists, who are part of the same medical group.

Our regional network includes an OB delivery volume of approximately 15,000 births per year. Over the last couple of years, we have expanded our Maternal Fetal Medicine program and Congenital Heart surgery program and have built a pediatric and neonatal ECMO program. We have a dedicated Neonatal transport team and are supported by experienced Pediatric Subspecialists. We are very active in Quality Improvement programs and clinical research, with several multi-center extramurally funded research projects. We also have a very active Neonatal simulation program.

We have an independent General Pediatric Residency program. Our residents rotate through the NICU. We take an active participation in their training and education. We have received ACGME accreditation to start our Neonatology Fellowship Program in 2026.

AdventHealth for Children is looking for dynamic, innovative, and energetic PRN neonatologists at our units in Central Florida as we are continuing to grow and expand our services to better care for the children in our communities. The Neonatologist practice with AdventHealth Medical Group has dedicated teams of physicians that cover our campuses across Central Florida. Depending on the location, the schedule could include both restricted (in house) and unrestricted call (on call within the hospital’s required response time for emergencies).

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking two Pediatric Nephrologists to join our team to provide comprehensive care for kidney disease, hypertension, dialysis, liver failure and renal transplant patients. We have inpatient service locations in Orlando and outreach clinics in Daytona Beach, Tampa, Celebration and Melbourne. We encourage second and third year fellows and recent graduates that are nephrology board eligible to apply.

The practice is affiliated and partnered with AdventHealth for Children in Orlando, Florida, a 200 bed quaternary Children’s Hospital.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Active FL medical license (or the ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Nephrology
  • Experience with kidney transplants, dialysis, plasma exchange and CRRT

Physician Expectations:

  • Rotating call coverage
  • Outpatient outreach clinics
  • Outpatient average volumes of 5-10 patients
  • Inpatient average volumes of 4-12 patients 1:3-4 call rotation.

The Walt Disney Pavilion at AdventHealth for Children is looking for a dynamic and energetic general pediatric neurologist to join a fast-growing multidisciplinary pediatric neuroscience program to help further develop general and subspecialty neuroscience programs.

Currently, the pediatric neuroscience center at AdventHealth for Children has a level IV comprehensive epilepsy center, sleep center, multidisciplinary neurofibromatosis clinic, Tuberous Sclerosis Complex clinic, congenital neurosurgery clinic, and craniofacial clinic supported by a strong group of neuroradiologists and neuropsychologists. Our pediatric neurology program has a dedicated 8 bed epilepsy monitoring unit, as well as 5 dedicated outpatient EEG rooms, in addition to ambulatory EEGs. Diagnostic facility includes a state-of-art 3T MRIs, PET, SPECT, and MEG center.

Responsibilities of the new physician will include our comprehensive general neurology service in both inpatient and outpatient settings. There is a substantial opportunity to build subspecialty programs including, but not limited to (neuromuscular, neonatal, immunology, stroke, neurocutaneous syndrome, movement disorder, and spasticity).

AdventHealth for Children is looking for a fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our team! We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic team player interested in growing our program in Central Florida.

AdventHealth is the largest hospital system in Florida, with a network of 30 hospitals in the state with only one children's hospital at the center. These 30 hospitals total around 23,000 births/year and refer patients for tertiary and quaternary services to our main location near downtown Orlando. The Pediatric Otolaryngology program was established 2024 and currently has two experienced, fellowship-trained pediatric ENTs and a 1:1 physician to APP support. A new state-of-the-art outpatient office with 11,000 sq ft of space and in-house Audiology, Speech Pathology, Pediatric Dentistry, Imaging, 3-D photography, and Conference room is under construction and slated to open in Q1/2026. The new facilities will help expand the Cochlear Implant, Microtia and Atresia, Head & Neck and Craniofacial programs, and accommodate any other Pediatric ENT sub-specialty interests, such as Voice and Swallowing disorders, Aerodigestive disorders, Vascular Anomalies.

  • Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology. 
  • Board certification/eligibility through the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
