AdventHealth Medical Group Family Medicine at Leesburg, is looking for a dynamic and energetic Primary Care physician to join brand new state of the art practice in beautiful Lake County. This facility is to be completed by the end of 2022 and will house 3 physicians and 2 APPs. Leesburg is a progressive city located in Central Florida and is also the central hub for commerce in Lake County. It is home to Venetian Gardens, and the city hosts year round events and festivals.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or Board Eligibility within 3 years of completing a US based residency program)
  • Comfortable with adult to geriatric patient age range, some pediatrics
  • Proficiency with minor office-based procedures including, but not limited to: joint injections, minor dermatologic procedures, basic gynecologic care
  • Experience with supervising Advanced Practice Providers (ARNP, PA-C)
  • Ability to meet extended hours, flexible scheduling to meet PCMH requirement

AdventHealth Medical Group is searching for several dynamic and hard-working Family and Internal Medicine physicians to join our faith-based organization in various practice locations throughout Volusia county, Florida. Based north of Orlando in quaint hometown communities to the coastal beachside areas of the Atlantic Ocean, there are several practices looking to add physicians to meet the growing demands of the community. Experienced candidate could even start a practice if interested. Ideal candidate would be mission aligned, patient focused and be willing to see a strong volume of patients in a typical shift. Physician should have the ability to continue to build a patient base through marketing efforts with onsite marketing resources. Candidate should have a focus on offering increased quality, increased patient satisfaction, and delivery of whole person care.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)

Ideal candidate should expect:

  • Daily work schedule of outpatient and inpatient care
  • Desire to handle a very high-volume case load
  • Practice all aspects of general Gastroenterology
  • Busy ED call at one hospital
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills

A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. The new physician should have the desire to join a busy practice and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth.  ERCP preferred, but not required.

AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is looking for several dynamic and energetic Gastroenterologists to serve the needs of Volusia and Flagler counties, north of Orlando through the Atlantic coastal line of Florida.  Opportunities exist within the following locations:  Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, DeLand and Palm Coast.  AHMG Gastroenterology and Hepatology is seeking partners with the desire to build a practice and foster collegial relationships with community-based physicians. Strong referral base and access to supporting specialists would allow physicians to quickly build a robust patient base and provide a continuum of care. Our gastroenterology network is aligned with our Digestive Health Institute providing multidisciplinary care to patients across the spectrum of digestive disease.

AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is looking for two dynamic Gastroenterologist Hospitalists to be part of our team for inpatient Gastroenterology. This employment opportunity is for a Gastroenterologist with a primary interest in a hospital setting. Physician would have responsibility at either AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach OR AdventHealth Palm Coast to cover inpatient GI consults from the floor and emergency department. Candidate would also perform procedures in the hospital setting and should practice all aspects of Gastroenterology. Candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a desire to build and foster collegial relationships with community based physicians. AdventHealth Transplant Institute in Orlando, Formerly Florida Hospital Transplant Institute, is seeking a Transplant Hepatologist to join its Liver Transplant program. Established in 2007, the Liver Transplant program has transplanted more than 600 patients and continues to grow every year. AdventHealth owns and operates the OurLegacy Organ Procurement Organization which recovers an average of 100 deceased donor livers annually. Our team of hepatologists, liver transplant surgeons, intensivists, interventional radiologists, liver pathologists, gastroenterologists, nephrologists and medical oncologists among other specialists combine their expertise to provide seamless integrated patient care.

We are looking for a motivated team member interested in a career path in transplant hepatology. Fellowship training in transplant hepatology is required.
