AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dynamic Palliative Medicine physician to join our team within our system. Our leadership has committed to redefine and expand the program with a new initiative to target the entire hospital division. Palliative care is represented at five of these institutions with a plan to increase care and expand to all campuses. The current opportunity is at AdventHealth Winter Park campus. The position will help guide inpatient consultation services of the interdisciplinary team of advanced practitioners, chaplain, pharmacist and social workers. The program has a two person AAHPM fellowship so teaching, mentorship and scholarly work is valued. Clinical care expectations include goals of care, family meetings and complex symptom management in the inpatient setting. The program strives to foster a growth mindset and appreciates its wide diversity of providers backgrounds including psychiatry, family medicine, critical care and internal medicine. Spanish speaking is preferred.

AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are looking for a dynamic pediatric hematologist/oncologist to join our team of four physicians and five advanced practice providers in pediatric hematology and oncology based at The Walt Disney Pavilion in Orlando, Florida.
The position is a full-time clinical position caring for the entire spectrum of pediatric patients with both hematologic and oncologic disorders in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. Ideal candidate will have clinical experience post-fellowship (preferred but not required) and expertise or interest in pediatric Hematology and Hemoglobinopathies.

The new physician would work with another physician to provide 24-7 coverage. Schedule would include both restricted and unrestricted call (call from home). Responsibilities would include delivery attendance, stabilization and resuscitation, daily rounds and circumcisions.
The physicians based at Heart of Florida would have the support and experience of over 150 pediatric subspecialists based at AdventHealth for Children. We have a dedicated neonatology transport team with over 100 Level 3 NICU beds at our main location, just north of downtown Orlando.

The pediatric hospitalist would be expected to perform pediatric admissions to the dedicated Pediatric Floor, ED pediatric consults, participate in daily family centered rounding, as well as cover the Level 1 Newborn Nursery. The schedule would consist of approximately 15 12hr shifts per month.
