The main focus would be assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological and emotional issues related to organ transplantation. AdventHealth Transplant Institute was established in 1973 as one of the first programs in the state. Our heart transplant team performed more heart transplants last year than any other program in the Southeastern United States. Liver transplant team that is 1.6 months less than one quarter of the national average in terms of wait times. Lung program with a wait time of 6.1 days and one year graft transplant survival rates at 100%. The AdventHealth Kidney program is one of the nations oldest and largest kidney transplant programs with a survival rate among the top in the state.

Our group of over 20 radiation oncologists provides services among many of the AdventHealth sites throughout the Central Florida area.. This position is for full-time coverage at AdventHealth Sebring and would encompass a broad spectrum of oncology cases and patients.
