The physician would join AHMG Critical Care Specialists of Central Florida, a 100 plus employed provider intensive care team, which reaches over 15 other AdventHealth campuses throughout Central, North and West Florida, in addition to providing tele-medicine services across multiple states. We take care of and encounter over 20,000 critically-ill patients a year.
Position & Program Highlights:
• Dedicated administrative time and clinical involvement managing CABG, Valvular repair or replacement, Aortic dissections and Thoracic surgery patients.
• Collaborate with experienced and established intensivists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and cardiologists to help continue to grow and establish a high quality and highly sustainable Cardiovascular Critical Care program.
• Leading the clinical quality for CVICU care, including quality metrics and quality assurance teams.
• Active participation in regional, national meetings and conferences.
• Education of APP’S, medical critical care fellows and new staff.
