AdventHealth Cancer Institute and AdventHealth Medical Group are seeking a dynamic and compassionate board-certified or board-eligible medical oncologist to join our growing team at AdventHealth Altamonte. This adult-focused opportunity offers the chance to practice within a highly connected cancer program, supported by the resources of a cancer system ranked in the top 4% in the nation for cancer care according to U.S. News & World Report. The Altamonte campus provides access to a strong network of surgical, procedural, diagnostic, and supportive oncology services designed to help physicians deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care close to home.
We are looking for a physician who is committed to high-quality care and who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This general medical oncology role is supported by established referral relationships and specialty services, including surgical oncology, gastroenterology, urology, breast surgery, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, nursing navigation, social work, research coordination, multidisciplinary tumor boards, and clinical trials. - Primarily outpatient general medical oncology practice with strong inpatient support and growing patient demand

- Strong clinical support, including RN navigation, social work, research coordination, multidisciplinary tumor boards, clinical trial enrollment opportunities, and access to more than 175 active research studies across the AdventHealth Cancer Institute network

Candidate Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
- Fellowship-trained in Hematology/Oncology
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
