AdventHealth Medical Group Critical Care at Central Florida is looking for a dynamic physician to be a part of our expanding critical care team.  This Nocturnist position would be focused as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in our Cardiovascular ICU at our AdventHealth Orlando campus.  Physicians will have responsibility to cover in the new, state of the art, 32 bed CVICU with our team of intensivists and advanced practice providers. The patient mix includes heart and lung transplants, mechanical assist devices, VV/VA ECMO and general cardiac and thoracic surgery. Nocturnist position is 12 shifts per month.

Requirements for position:

  • Training in Anesthesia, Cardiology or Cardio Thoracic Surgery
  • Critical Care fellowship training
  • Leadership Experience (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with ECMO, Heart & Lung Transplant preferred
  • Physicians must be board certified/eligible in the subspecialty of Critical Care Medicine.

Practice Description
