AdventHealth Medical Group is looking for a dynamic OBGYN to lead our women’s services team at AdventHealth Medical Group-Central Florida Division. The position will involve 40% clinical work and 60% administrative time. This employment opportunity is for a board-certified obstetrics-gynecology physician with an interest in shaping clinical excellence, driving innovation, and expanding access to high-quality obstetrics & gynecology care in the Central Florida region.

Responsible for providing a wide range of general medical management services to improve quality, patient access, clinical cost, utilization, and service performance.  This position interacts with all practice locations, including OBGYN Hospitalist based locations, Obstetrics-Gynecology Sub-Specialty (Maternal Fetal Medicine, OBGYN Hospitalists, Advanced Gynecology, and Uro-Gynecology) providers, AHMG operational leaders, and AdventHealth Campus and AdventHealth Institute leaders.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Board Certified in Obstetrics-Gynecology
  2. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in OBGYN Ambulatory, Hospitalist or OBGYN related sub-specialty.
  3. Prior leadership experience
