Overview

AdventHealth Medical Group is looking for an experienced full-time critical care APP (Nurse practitioner or PA) to join our growing critical care team.   This provider will work collaboratively with attending physicians to cover the Intensive Care Units at AdventHealth Daytona Beach and AdventHealth Palm Coast.

The Critical Care team is ultimately comprised of 10 physicians and 12 advanced practice providers.  Our team provides advanced care to critically ill patients in the 14-bed CVICU and the 32-bed Med/Surg ICU at AdventHealth Daytona Beach, our AdventHealth Palm Coast facility, which has an 18-bed closed med/surg ICU.

Schedule: 

• 182 Shifts per year
• Open Scheduling
• Rotation between AdventHealth Palm Coast & AdventHealth Daytona Beach

Requirements:

• BC Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• 1 + years working in the ICU as an Advanced Provider
• Team player with patient-first mindset
• Excellent communication skills
