Nurse Practitioner, ARNP or Physician Assistant, PA-C
Full-Time Position
Join a collaborative team dedicated to transforming long-term health outcomes through personalized metabolic and lifestyle medicine. This role partners closely with surgeons, dietitians, exercise specialists, behavioral health professionals, and other clinical experts to deliver comprehensive care that empowers patients to achieve sustainable improvements in weight management, metabolic health, and overall wellness.
As a key member of the Health Optimization Center, you'll help patients navigate meaningful lifestyle changes through individualized treatment plans, ongoing coaching, and a team-based approach focused on prevention, optimization, and whole-person care.
General Summary:
The APRN or PA-C, under the supervision of the Physician(s), who acts as the collaborative practitioner, is responsible for:
- Collaborate closely with dietitians, behavioral health specialists, exercise professionals, and physicians to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
- Build lasting patient relationships through ongoing coaching, education, and support that empower patients to reach their health goals.
- Monitor patient progress and celebrate milestones while adjusting care plans to support continued success.
- Guide individuals through their metabolic health journey, helping them achieve meaningful improvements in weight management, cardiovascular health, and overall well-being.
- Contribute to an innovative care model focused on prevention, wellness, and improving quality of life through evidence-based interventions.

- Outpatient practice
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education & Experience:
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Interest or experience in metabolic health, obesity medicine, lifestyle medicine, wellness, or preventive care preferred
- Experience working in a collaborative clinical setting with the ability to effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative provider committed to whole-person, patient-centered care
Licensure & Certifications:
- Current Florida APRN or PA license (or ability to obtain)
- ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA certification required
- BLS and ACLS certification required
