AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a fellowship trained hem/onc physician to join a busy three-physician practice with offices at AdventHealth Kissimmee and AdventHealth Celebration, just south of downtown Orlando and near the attractions. The ideal candidate will have experience building a general inpatient and outpatient practice with a variety of oncology patients. General hematology/oncology with subspecialty in GI is preferred but the group is certainly open to other interests. The new physician would be part of our AdventHealth Cancer Institute with resources to participate in clinical trials and daily tumor boards. Infusion and radiation oncology are (or will be) present at both Kissimmee and Celebration locations.
Working with expanding and growing hospitals, an established and successful hematology /oncology group with a strong referral base, dedicated staff with APP support, a family-centered practice atmosphere, and a competitive benefits / compensation package are just a few of the many reasons why this is an excellent career opportunity to consider.
Requirements of the position include:
- Board certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification/eligibility in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- 3-5 years practice experience post fellowship is preferred
