Overview

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an experienced APRN/PA to provide services at AdventHealth partner SNFs in collaboration with a supervising physician. The facilities covered are currently located in Daytona Beach, Port Orange and Deland. This position will provide services Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. The role typically requires the management of approximately 17 patient encounters during the course of the day with split call coverage. This provider would maintain privileges at multiple AdventHealth campuses. Requirements of the position include:

Minimum of 1-year experience in geriatrics, primary care or inpatient hospitalist

Team player with patient-first mindset

Excellent communication skills

Active Florida license

Ability to collaborate closely with attending geriatrician and SNF facility stakeholders
